Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing or via email. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week week prior to the scheduled party date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made [X days/weeks] or more prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than [X days/weeks] before the scheduled party date will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the date, time, or services requested for the party must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Guest Count:
The number of guests attending the party must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled party date. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee, subject to availability.
Party Duration:
Our standard pamper party package includes a duration of 1.5 hours. Any extensions to the party duration must be arranged and agreed upon in advance, and may be subject to additional charges. We will however arrive 15 minutes before the party starts to set up.
Parental Supervision:
We require at least one adult to be present at the party venue throughout the duration of the pamper party. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children during the event.
Health and Safety:
The health and safety of our guests are our top priorities. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, and all equipment and tools used during the pamper party are properly sanitized between each use.
Liability:
Little Lux Pamper Parties and its staff members are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the pamper party. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety at all times.
Photography and Videography:
We may take photographs or videos during the pamper party for promotional purposes. By booking a party with us, you consent to the use of these images for marketing and advertising purposes.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
